DreamWorld Collections has a 30-day returns policy. You may return your merchandise to DreamWorld Collections within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please note that DreamWorld Collections currently does not process exchanges.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes.
DreamWorld Collections will only honor returns on orders placed directly with DreamWorld Collections website. DreamWorld Collections will not honor returns on merchandise purchased on other websites and or retail locations. DreamWorld Collections does not accept returns from purchases made outside the United States. Items may not be used or washed. Shipping charges will only be covered by DreamWorld Collections in the event of a return of a defective product, or a shipping error.
Gifts may not be exchanged and can only be returned for a refund by original purchaser.
TO MAKE A RETURN
guest checkout and user with accounts:
1.) Please use our Return Center to start your return process. This link is also available at the bottom left of every page under the NAVIGATION heading.
2.) Perform an order lookup with the email that was used to place the order along with the order number. Please enter the order number exactly as shown in the original orders status email. E.g. (DWC1000) without any spaces.
3.) If your order is within 30 days of purchase, it will be eligible for a return and the create return button will be available. Simply select it and fill in the return details in the modal window, then you will receive an email with the RA# and additional instructions on how to process the return.
