Shipping Information

DreamWorld collections currently offers shipping within the Continental United States. All of our standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped within the U.S., including Prime shipping for Amazon customers. Please see our Standard Shipping Rates and Service Levels schedule below.

All items are sent to you via one of our carriers (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and so on.) at whatever delivery speed you choose (standard shipping, 2-day shipping, and so on). Please use our ‘get tax & shipping’ button on the checkout screen to calculate shipping for your current order.

After you place an order, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the ‘Track packages’ link in Your Account.

Both ‘Amazon customers’ and ‘Amazon Prime’ customers have the added convince of checking out with Amazon via the ‘Checkout with Amazon’ button on the checkout page. Please note that Amazon shipping polices will apply when using this checkout option.

International Shipping

Please note that International shipping is currently not available through our DreamWorld Collections store. However, we do make exceptions for some countries (e.g. Canada) and accept payment through PayPal. If you would like to place an international order, please email us at service@dreamworldcollections.com with the items you would like to purchase and their destination address. We can then provide you with an electronic Paypal Invoice with estimated shipping costs for your country.
