Return Policy


We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. Please return your unused merchandise by following the instructions below. If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.

  1. Go to dreamworldcollections.com
  2. Sign into 'Your Account' at the top of page on the right hand side.
  3. Locate the order you wish to return and select ‘View Order’ button.
  4. Locate the item you wish to return and select ‘Return an Item’ button.
  5. Follow the direction on the following screen and ship via insured and prepaid to the address on the paperwork.
  6. Keep the tracking information for this return in a safe location.

Return Instructions for purchases made through our web store using the Amazon checkout option


  1. Go to Amazon.com
  2. Sign into 'Your Account' from the Amazon drop down at the top of page.
  3. Select 'You Orders' from the Amazon drop down at the top of the page.
  4. Follow the directions on the Amazon screen to complete your return.

    Note

    Both ‘Amazon customers’ and ‘Amazon Prime’ customers have the added convince of checking out with Amazon via the ‘Checkout with Amazon’ button on the checkout page. Please note that Amazon shipping and return polices will apply when using this checkout option.

Returning Damaged Merchandise Purchased Online
